INTERACTION WITH GUESTS I am a discrete & friendly host who is available to provide guests with concierge service day or night. I am always accessible in person and by e-mail, text or phone. As a born & bred NY'er I am hyper-connected to all the ins & outs of everything New York City so don't be afraid to ask. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ******** Please Note ******** - From the hours of 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. the bathroom is private, just for you! During daytime hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. if I need to access the bathroom I will need to go through the guest room. I never enter the guest room if the door is closed but I do ask guests to leave the door ajar when convenient for them for me to pass through or when they are absent from the apartment. This arrangement has proven to be very comfortable for my guests and myself. - The guest room has it's own window unit air conditioner for your private use and comfort. If you desire to have fresh outside air you can achieve this by using the fan feature of the A.C. Because the A.C. is installed in the window you will not be able to open the window. Of course the window of the bathroom opens. - The guest room doesn't have much of a view but is considered exceptionally quiet in spite of its fantastic location. Room(s): 1.
