Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. The apartment is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for only two rooms to share each bathroom. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies. All bedrooms have a full bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, private heater, black-out curtains, and recess lighting. Some rooms also include a study desk with an office chair and an AC unit. The building has 24h surveillance and a superintendent who helps with maintenance. The building also provides a video intercom system allowing you to see who is at the front door on the street. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator.
