We are a family of three who loves to go to different places, eat food, go sightseeing and many more. We will make sure that our guest students will enjoy their stay in our lovely home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Very spacious, beautiful, and clean house/room Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Briefing about house rules will be provided in details during check in. No smoking and drinking. No sleepovers of friends. Curfew for under 18 will be provided. •Smoking not allowed indoors. •Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. •Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. •No pets allowed inside. •Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. •Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
