My husband and I have a lovely 3/2 pool home. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the suburbs. It is close to everything you could possibly want, as well as quick and easy access to all major roads and highways. The beaches, malls, etc. are all within minutes driving. Uber, Lyft, and bus services are available if you don't have a rental. Bus stop is a cool 5 minutes walking distance. Pick up and drop off services could be arranged for an additional fee. If you are travelling with more than a party of 2, I do have an adjoining bedroom to rent out as well. This will be exclusive only to your party. Ask for details. You can check in at any time; checkout is at 11:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made. Laundry facilities are available. The use of the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker is on the house. There is a 7 night minimum stay requirement. 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for stays longer than 1 month, the other 50% is due on arrival. For stays 1 month or less, payment in full is required 72 hours before check in. If you are a student and need an extended stay, deep discounts will be offered. Room(s): 1.
