Is there a designated space for work? Absolutely! We do require a contract to help ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable stay. It sets clear guidelines for our community. Residents are expected to use the shared, furnished common areas respectfully. Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, only ESA are allowed. We don’t offer that, but we have a variety of exciting resident events to enjoy! The total number of suite-mates varies by apartment size. You will be sharing an apartment with at least one extra person. Yes! There is a team of three. A community manager, a leasing specialist, and a maintenance technician. We welcome people from everywhere. Three to 12 months. You can always hire an external cleaning company of your choice for additional cleaning services. It’s advisable to keep your move-out costs as low as possible. Please inquire in advance. Yes! We have cleaning services that visit twice a week to maintain the amenity spaces. Every coliving apartment is cleaned bi-weekly. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. Fees apply.
