Miami Beach, Florida
Property Description
Shared Studio on Miami Beach — Artists, DJs & Creatives
Short-term shared accommodation in a small studio apartment directly on Miami Beach.
This is not a private room. It is a shared studio designed for the right person who is comfortable with a small, communal living space.
THE SPACE
* Small studio apartment on the beach in Miami Beach
* One person uses the Murphy bed, which folds into the wall
* One person uses the couch
* Shared bathroom
* Shared living/kitchen space
* Best for someone traveling light
* One guest only
CALLING ARTISTS + CREATIVES
Especially open to:
* DJs / musicians
* Artists
* Photographers
* Digital media + content creators
* Creative professionals
* People coming to Miami for a project, event, work opportunity, or temporary transition
The space is tiny, so personality, energy, cleanliness, boundaries, and mutual respect matter more than anything. With the right roommate dynamic, it can work very well.
SHORT-TERM ONLY
This is intended primarily for very short stays — around 5 days.
In certain circumstances, a longer temporary arrangement may be considered, but 28 days is the absolute maximum. This is not long-term housing.
For perspective, nearby hostel accommodations commonly run approximately $50–$100 per night, while units in this beachfront building can rent for approximately $200 per night during slower periods and $400–$500 per night during peak season.
I’m offering something different: an affordable temporary shared-space arrangement for the right person, rather than a traditional hotel, hostel, or Couchsurfing situation.
IMPORTANT
Because we would be sharing a very small studio, everyone is screened before being accepted.
Please introduce yourself and include:
* What brings you to Miami
* What you do / your creative work
* Dates you need accommodation
* Your social media, website, portfolio, or another way to verify who you are
* How much luggage you’re traveling with
Good energy. Clean. Respectful. Independent. Short-term. Creative-friendly.

House Rules:
Here is a clear House Rules: Do’s & Don’ts section that fits the artist/wellness collective concept:
HOUSE RULES — DO’S + DON’TS
This is a small shared studio, creative workspace and healing-arts environment connected to an artist nonprofit. The home includes computers, electronics, DJ/music equipment and creative tools. Respect for the space, equipment and each other is essential.
? DO
* Bring valid government-issued ID. All guests must check in and be screened by the building’s front desk/security.
* Travel light. One small carry-on-sized bag is preferred. There is very limited storage.
* Clean as you go. Everyone contributes to keeping the bathroom, kitchen and shared areas clean.
* Respect the shared space. This is a tiny studio, so organization and consideration matter.
* Keep noise reasonable. Headphones are encouraged for music, media and late-night use.
* Respect the creative environment. The home functions partly as an artist, digital-media, healing-arts and wellness space.
* Ask before using equipment. Computers, DJ equipment, electronics, cameras and other creative equipment are not automatically available for guest use.
* Respect privacy, personal property and boundaries.
? DON’T
* No parties. Miami has plenty of places to party; this home is not one of them.
* No loud music or disruptive behavior.
* No additional guests or visitors. Only the approved, registered guest may enter or stay in the apartment.
* No mail or packages. Do not use this address for mail, deliveries, banking, identification, employment documents or establishing residency.
* No oversized luggage or excessive belongings. There is nowhere to store them.
* Do not use, move or borrow computers, DJ equipment, electronics or creative equipment without permission.
* Do not share building-access information, keys or entry credentials with anyone.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Think creative residency meets shared home rather than hostel or party accommodation.
The intention is a peaceful environment centered around art, music, digital media, wellness, healing arts, collaboration and mutual respect.
Because the space is so small, the right fit matters. Cleanliness, communication, boundaries and respect for the home are required.
