We are a married couple with three children. We have hosted students from Japan, Belgium, Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, Columbia and Spain. The bedroom is fully furnished, clean and private. The fee includes: • All utilities- Electricity, oil, gas, water and sewer, garbage disposal • Self-serve breakfast and home cook dinner • High speed internet / WIFI ready for lab top, PC , tablet or any electronic device • Self-service Laundry • Linens and toilettes Our house is a 6 bedroom New England Colonial house, 3 levels 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, back porch, outside patio and good size yard to relax. We are 10 minutes drive from Boston and we have a bus stop right in front of the house which takes you to the Malden Center Train station in about 10 minutes. Easy access for students attending EC Boston, Kaplan, Bunker Hill community college, Suffolk University and GEO Language School. ?Female students only? Room(s): 1.
