Centrally located in the middle of Hollywood, you are close to Santa Monica Blvd, Sunset Blvd and the Hollywood walk of fame. You'll look upon the Hollywood sign. A symbol of the entertainment industry since time immemorial, Hollywood attracts tourists with iconic sites like the TCL Chinese Theater and the Walk of Fame. Other attractions include Paramount Pictures, historic music venues such as the Hollywood Bowl and the Dolby Theatre, where the Oscars are held. Modern crowds can choose from impromptu comedy clubs, retro bars, and exclusive nightclubs. Residents often visit the restaurants in nearby Thai Town. We have two homes at this location centrally in Hollywood close to Beachwood Drive and Santa Monica Blvd. Both homes are bright, three-story houses with modern interiors and new finishes. Both homes are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens. High-speed wifi and an in-unit W/D are included. One home has 6 bedrooms, the other has 7. The Medium Plus rooms cost a little more than the Medium rooms, due to them either being slightly larger or having a better view. The two Large rooms have a shared bathroom between them that is only dedicated to those two rooms. Most rooms (except 2 in each home) share the shower in the Main Bathroom. Some of the rooms have the Half-Bath" as their main bathroom. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow, and we are transitioning into having a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. One of the homes has already started its cleaning schedule. We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community. Our leases are three months minimum, providing flexibility for students who are in Los Angeles for a school semester or an internship. We soon will be hosting community events, such as mixers, to encourage tenants to get to know each other and feel part of a friendly and supportive community. Room(s): 1. Yes you can lock your own door and have your own room. Sadly, we don't allow pets Yes, you can split a room for an additional $150 per month. Yes, all our bedrooms have locks. There is a lounge in the amenities that can be used to study or work from. As long as you keep the noise level down as it is a quiet zone. Students, interns, or young professionals. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property. Resident and their guests may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to medical cannabis on or near the premises. We have the right to terminate this agreement if resident and/or guests engage in such activities. If you have a service animal, it’s up to the housemates to decide whether they are comfortable having an animal in the house. Due to the close quarters laws, the housemates are able to make the judgement call without violating any housing accessibility laws. Visitors are welcome as long as your roommates are informed and are ok with it. In order to build safe and comfortable communities, all our residents are vetted through an application process and background check.
