We require that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. This will vary depending on the unit size. We welcome people from everywhere, but mostly we have a few locals and people from other states within the US. Most people are staying with us for a while. Between 8 to 12 months on average. All private bedrooms have door codes. We do have security cameras on-site. Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to Sunset Junction. We do allow pets in select units! There is a breed restriction and guidelines that must be met. The nearest airport could be The Hollywood Burbank Airport which is about a 15-minute far away by drive. We require a minimum of 650+ credit score, however, this is not the only factor consiidered when accepting your application. If you do not meet this guideline, we can still consider your application. A $500 admin fee will be assessed for shortening stay and you are rent responsible until someone leases the suite. Extensions are available and will need to be evaluated by our management team. Please contact our management team as this will vary depending on other bookings and schedules. We will process a background check and we will evaluate credit scores, prior rental history, and income must at a minimum be 2.5x the monthly rent. Note that there is an application process. We require a minimum of a 650+ credit score; however, this is not the only factor to take into account when accepting your application. If you do not meet this guideline, we can still consider it. The fee is $59 and non-refundable. The $500 holding deposit is refundable within 72 hours. Our team members are well-versed in the demographic makeup of each coliving unit. They will ask questions to understand your preferences and expectations for suitemates which helps create a suitable living arrangement. The remaining security deposit will be mailed to you. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that there is a $300 additional charge per person. to make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay at CLG, we kindly ask all our guests to complete a lease for the length of their stay.
