Friendly laid-back family in L.A.

Charming Cape Cod style home near downtown Los Angeles. We live in a 3 bedroom house and 1 1/2 bathroom on the north east side of Los Angeles. Our home is centrally located, only 10 minutes drive from Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles and San Marino. We have a medium size kitchen and a separate dining room next to the kitchen. There is a living room and a family room. We have a large backyard and a small front yard. The backyard is quiet enough for doing some serious studying but also has some wild life visitors. One may observe Monarch butterflies, humming birds, hawks, and all sorts of sparrows either feeding or bathing. There is plenty of space for studying of sunbathing in the backyard in total privacy! There is also a gas barbecue. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Old World Charm With L.A. Sunshine!) with Shared bathroom The room has a queen size bed, a large mirror, walking closet, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, 2 large dressers, a clothes valet & dressing table. Single Room (Cozy guestroom in a charming house) with Shared bathroom Small room with a single bed with 3 drawers, a small table, and a bookcase and a desk lamp. There is a cleaning charge of $30.00 and a 14% tax. Capacity: 1 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door and lock the back sliding door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not leave lights, fans and electrical appliances on when leaving the room Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after Please do not invite strangers into our home or throw parties. If you would like to invite a friend over, check with me first. Also, friends cannot stay over night. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Please note: a 14% transient occupancy tax will be collected upon arrival and $30.00 cleaning fee must also be paid as you check in, in cash. Also in order to secure your room full payment must be received a week before arrival. If full payment is not received 48 hours before your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled.
