With our all-inclusive theme, utilities and Wi-Fi services, including hi-speed Internet, Google Home, and air conditioning, are bundled into one single monthly fee. Our Sunset site is only a 4-minute walk from our sister site on Everett St., where you will also have access to an additional communal deck. This differs greatly depending on the state in which the unit is returned. Generally, we will aim to return it within 10 working days We will take into account the information obtained from the screening to make a decision. Yes, as long as they have all fulfilled the application process. This is on a case-by-case basis, but in general, we can be flexible. Timing will dictate what we can and cannot allow. We usually look for annual income to be x25/30 times monthly rent; if this ratio is not met, the applicant needs a US-based guarantor. - Financial Proof (Full bank statement for the last 3 months, circling prior rent paid in the past and income received, other transactions may be blacked out/redacted) - Landlord or character written references - Pay $34 screening fee for background and credit checks (non-refundable). - Once the application has been approved, the applicant must pay a 1-month security deposit (refundable) upon approval of the application and 1-month rent and utilities before the move-in date. This is a private bungalow within a gated community. so it won't be shared. The unit has a small desk and chair that can be used for working. Rent can be split among the two occupants of the unit. Small and Medium dogs are allowed, as are cats. A pet security deposit is required. This is a private bungalow within a gated community. You will have your own unit.
