As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no. Security deposit refund timeline policy, according to California law, is 21 days after the move-out date, including all charges that may occur.
