Las Vegas - close to schools, shopping, and recreation

I have lived in Las Vegas for 36 years. I have great grandparents that were from Italy and Spain. I have family that currently lives in Sydney, Australia. I also have a son who is 7 years old. I own a 3 - bedroom townhouse that is located near Summerlin. The location is close to the expressway, bus lines, golfing, parks and shopping centers. I welcome all international students. *Please note: Meals are included, however because I work full time Monday-Friday, breakfast and lunch would be the student's responsibility to prepare but I cook almost everynight and everyone is welcome to join us.
