I live in a quiet community. Ground floor condo means you won’t have to climb stairs. Conveniently located within 20 minutes of John Wayne Airport, 10 minutes from 5 freeway, 25 minutes from University of California Irvine, 20 minutes from Saddleback College, 25 minutes to Laguna Beach and 30 minutes from Trestles. Starbucks and three grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance of condo. There is a park that is steps from condo that has a tennis court and outdoor exercise equipment. The room includes a full sized bed, a large writing desk, a closet, a storage rack for luggage and a tv that has access to Netflix, YouTube (Roku, tv is not connected to cable). The condo is comfortable and casual. I have a medium sized mixed Corgi dog. You have use of the kitchen that includes: refrigerator, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A washer and dryer is available in condo for use. WiFi access throughout. Shared full bathroom with tub/shower. Ample free parking available in parking lot. Small lighted patio available to sit, lounge, read or work. Room(s): 1. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No unknown pets allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10pm.
