The house is located in Lake Forest, California. About 5-10 mins from UCI and the Irvine area and the beach. We are an easy -going family with one (1) friendly dog. we live in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has two rooms for rent. The first room is a normal size room with a closet, a desk, a bed, and a bookshelf. Room has a ceiling fan. The second room is larger and has more closet space. The room also has a full bed and a desk area. will be available in june 2023 Both rooms share a full and large bathroom. we have a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy in hot summer days Room 1 is 900.00 US dollars per month Room 2 is 1000.00 US dollars per month Rent includes Wi-Fi, water, gas, TV, garbage and access to kitchen. washer and drier is also included.
