Teacher who loves pets & the ocean

Me and my husband live a couple of miles from the beach. We live in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, corner lot home in a quiet gated community near the beach. There is a balcony off of the upstairs master bedroom with a peek a boo view of the ocean. We live a mile from Capistrano Valley Christian School and 3 miles from Mission Hospital. We are also a mile from St. Annes Catholic school. We have a 40 year old female friend who lives with us. We have a tiny Yorkie and a small pomeranian. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Average size room with bathroom) with Shared bathroom This room is an average size upstairs room with a shared bathroom with one other lady. Capacity: 1 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep noise to a minumum after 10 p.m. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up.
