I provide a fully furnished clean, safe, newly renovated two-story home in La Palma, located on a quiet cul-de-sac,with cameras and motion activated lights at the front entrance of the house. There is a shared entrance. This is a four bedroom two bath home with a full kitchen living room family room dining area washer and dryer backyard sitting area with a large relaxing koi pond where we have a barbecue. There will be housekeeping every two weeks. internet and smart TV's in every room. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, dresser and a large double closet which is located upstairs. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a bathroom and shower downstairs that's available only to you. There is a large green belt for walking and running close by. There are also several Gyms close by. street parking in front of the house is available. easy access to the freeway nearby restaurants and grocery stores. the property is close to public transportation, numerous hospitals ( La Palma and Los Alamitos, UCI, CHOC, Kaiser, Long Beach Memorial, Hoag Hospital) and several airports including LAX and John Wayne Airport. The property is close to Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Knott's Berry Farm Disneyland and the Honda Center.
