I rent out 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in my 3-bedroom townhome. My home is located in a gated community near The Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium. The community is large; I workout by walking the grounds. I do allow overnight visitors (no more than two consecutive weeks during the rental period). I require a credit and background check.
