My husband and I are empty nesters in our beautiful home. It’s nested in Energy Corridor in West Houston. I’m a registered nurse and my husband is IT and works from home. We have 2 dogs who mainly stay downstairs with us. We have a garage gym and plenty of uncovered driveway parking. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Tech Temple) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Zen Den) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Cheers) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: All utilities are included. No pets and no visitors at anytime and absolutely no frying in the kitchen. My husband and I do live downstairs and we are mostly home if you need anything. House temp stays at 74. And it’s a shared bathroom. $500 deposit and you can do month to month. We live in a residential neighborhood and there’s uncovered driveway parking. We have cameras outside the house but not inside. Your room has a lock but I keep one key. Front door has a keypad so you’re free to come and go as you please. Housekeeper comes every other week.
