You will love enjoying the neigborhood. We are the first coliving and coworking penthouse for entrepreneurs, creatives, and global citizens in Hawaii. A hybrid living arrangement pairing private bedrooms with a shared environment for community and collaboration, for a minimum stay of 60 days for each member. A ten-minute walk from the sand of Waikiki Beach, the house’s floor-to-ceiling-glass 40th-story space features a collection of private bedrooms, each inspired by a surf break famous to generations of Oahu kamaaina. Full of private and shared living and working spaces, community members can enjoy roof deck access, fitness, and conference room amenities and are within blocks of shops, restaurants, and one of the world’s greatest shopping malls. We offer fully furnished penthouse private suites with an amazing community to go with them. Our members are extremely diverse, coming from all over the world! Each room comes with a private desk but we also provide a conference room that is first come first serve (holds about 9 people). There's also a seating/desk area throughout all the common spaces. Please supply your dates and room preference. Note that we do have a 2-month minimum stay at our property. The reason behind this is that we don't want our property to feel like a hostel or a hotel. We really value our members coming in, getting to know the island/Hawaiian culture, attending our events, volunteering with us, and making life-long friendships in the process.
