We have been hosting International Female College Students for over 7 years now. These students all goes to Glendale Community College which is a walking distance from our house, or 1 Glendale Bus ride to and from school. Room(s): 1. Single Room (The Victorian Room) with Shared bathroom This room has a Twin Size Bed Orange Wood inspired on the 2nd floor of a Colonial House. Stairs are used to go to this room. We provide light & warm breakfast. Capacity: 1 Rates: 560.00 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room ( The Grapevine Queen Room) with Shared bathroom This room has a Queen size bed, cozy with access to swimming pool. We offer hot breakfast for a reasonable surcharge upon request. Capacity: 1 Rates: 617.40 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Pool View Bedroom (Full Size Bed)) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 595.00 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (The Orange Wood Room) with Shared bathroom This room is a Twin bedroom, where we provide light breakfast and for minor students we provide vegetarian dinner inclusive of the booking rates. Capacity: 1 Rates: 520.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: Any guests who confirmed booking with Homestay.com must contact Host for an advance deposit requirement by the host. If the confirmed reservations through Homestay.com is broken, a cleaning fee of $60 is deducted from the security deposit. No male guests allowed to sleep overnight with any of our female guest rooms. Host must approve any female friend whom our female guest wish to invite to sleep over for the night as host may need to charge per person per night (female only). Guest can book our swimming pool with friends in advance, Host needs to approve.
