Private Bedroom/Bathroom

Hello, myself John and my wife Morgan live in a 5 Bedroom house located in Garden Grove CA. We are approximately 6 miles from the beach & 8 miles from Disney land. We are very close to 3 shopping malls and only a few blocks from movie theaters and restaurants. We are each employed locally my self at a manufacturing company and my wife is a high school teacher. We both enjoy spending as much time outdoors in the California weather as we can. We are very welcoming and enjoy learning about different cultures. We look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you into our home. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: current home stay guests must be the only person staying in bedroom. Sharing bedrooms is not allowed. Visiting family and guest of home stay guests are not allowed into the home unless with special permission. Alcohol must be consumed outdoors smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises as a courtesy to myself and other neighbors.
