Hello! We are a very friendly family that has lived in this area for over 30 years. Our apartment is on the first floor of a three-flat in a residential neighborhood. Very close to trains, shopping, and the lake, bordering on the north side of Chicago. Quiet, safe and clean. Park with tennis courts right across the street. Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful place to study or work. Large fenced in yard. We have a medium-sized friendly dog who loves people. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Quiet hours from 9pm-7am. Upstairs live three musicians who follow the same rules :). No smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol, or overnight guests. Keep room and common areas clean. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No additional pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 9pm.
