The fee is $59 and non-refundable. The $500 holding deposit is refundable within 72 hours. Our team members are well-versed in the demographic makeup of each coliving unit. They will ask questions to understand your preferences and expectations for suitemates which helps create a suitable living arrangement. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that there is a $300 additional charge per person.
