Each room is designed for just one person. Guests are allowed but two people cannot rent a room. You can use the living room as a work area. Your roommates will always change. We have people from all over the world, doing anything from working, completing their PHDs, making art, and everything in between. When booking through Coliving.com, our Move-in fee is applied directly to the rent so there are no additional fees associated with the rent. The only other potential costs would be fees associated with damages done to the community. Yes, each room will have a bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe or storage space, and windows! No. All food will be your responsibility. We have free in-unit washing and cleaning units Yes! We designed the kitchens to be perfect for making your own meals.
