My daughter and I live in a two-bedroom apartment located in Pilsen on the west side of Chicago. My daughter is a freshman in college so she only comes home a few times a year and in the summer. My apartment has a large spacious kitchen, a laundry room, and a spacious living room to relax while watching television or to study. I enjoy cooking so you will have a chance to enjoy some foods from my culture. We reside in an area that is located just blocks from various places to eat. There is a local library in the area for your use. The University of Illinois at Chicago and St. Ignatius College Prep are located just a few blocks away from me. If you enjoy bike-riding, there are bike rentals available two blocks away on Taylor street. I have been living in the same area for the past four years because it is a culturally diverse neighborhood and the people are very friendly. Eventually, I plan to buy a house or a condo and remain in my same neighborhood for years to come. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Side view) with Shared bathroom The room is a standard 10 by 12 bedroom with a single bed and two dressers. There is a large closet for clothes and a small television. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room as long as you keep it nice and tidy. Please do not invite strangers into my place. If you are going to have friends come over, I ask that you give me at least a twenty-four hour notice. Please do not give your friends permission to sleep over. If you need to adjust any hear or air conditioning settings, I will be glad to show you what to do. You are welcome in my home and I want your stay to be very enjoyable.
