Also includes a private patio area in the rear of the building. Bedroom is intended for and can only be occupied by one person. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking. No pets. Quite hours begin at 9pm. Guests are not allowed unless specifically cleared beforehand. Maintain your areas clean. Be respectful of the space and the people living in it.
