Cozy Single Bedroom Suite

We have a single family home with separate entrance to the garden unit. Guests reside in the garden unit while we occupy the 1st floor unit. There is one bedroom in the unit with in- room office and television and it can accommodate 2 people. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, WIFI, mini refrigerator, and microwave. The guest room is fully furnished with bed, dresser, desk, mirror, lamps, and linens. Heating - radiant heat; Cooling- oscillating fans. There is a shared laundry facility with shared freezer on your garden level. There is also a shared common area living room that has basic cable, and Roku. There is private parking in the side driveway in a designated parking area should you choose to rent a car. We have 1 child, age 12 years old and one family dog. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Private room with private office ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Please do not wear shoes in the house. - For sanitation purposes, food and drinks should not be disposed of in the wastebaskets in the bedrooms. Please use the living room garbage can for organic waste. - Clean up after meals, and never leave dirty dishes in the sink. - Please do not run down the stairs. - Clean your bathroom and make sure that you are not damaging any of the facilities. - No smoking in the house. You may smoke in the back yard. - No loud music or parties. Music and group gatherings should never disturb neighbors. -Quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. You may hear footsteps on 1st floor during non-quiet hours. - When leaving the building, please make sure all doors (security door, main door) are locked. This is for everyone’s protection. - There will be a key replacement fee of $100 that must be paid IMMEDIATELY. - Please provide us with a way to contact you via cell or email. If you need help getting a phone during your stay here just let us know. - If you are traveling late, are lost and/or are concerned for your safety, please call us and we will pick you up.
