Single Room (Daytime room ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 189.00 Weekly / 720.00 Monthly House Rules: Please no smoking inside of the home there is a back porch and a large backyard provided for smoking. Please be respectful of all people and property. Garbage must be emptied twice a week. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and the bathroom. Clean dishes after use. After leaving a room, please turn off all lights, and devices. There is NO refunds if decided to leave early. There will be a $50 charge for each key if lost.
