A 16 foot walk in closet with abundant shelving provides excellent storage for clothing, shoes, and personal items. The attached private bathroom features dual sinks, a stand up shower, and a separate toilet area, making it easy to get ready without sharing space. Private and shared living areas Just outside the bedroom is a dedicated living room space reserved for the renter, giving you your own lounge or office area separate from the rest of the house. The home also has a second living room with a large wrap-around couch and TV that can be shared for relaxing, streaming, or hosting friends. A backyard patio and hot tub offer additional space to unwind outdoors. I’m the owner and only other occupant of the home. I travel a lot and spend a good amount of time out of state, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. When I’m home, I’m quiet, clean, and like to keep a relaxed, low-key environment in the house. No illegal activity on the property. Keep noise to a reasonable level; quiet hours from 10 pm–7 am. Cleanliness and common areas Clean up after yourself right away in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. Take turns wiping counters, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and taking out trash/recycling as needed. No leaving food or dirty dishes out overnight. Kitchen use You’re welcome to use pots, pans, tools, pantry, and Genesis grill; wash, dry, and put everything back where you found it. Label personal food and don’t use the other person’s groceries without permission. Guests Occasional guests are fine; no long-term/unannounced overnight guests. Let the other roommate know in advance if someone will be over, especially late at night. You are responsible for your guests’ behavior and any damage they cause. Smoking, substances, and pets No smoking or vaping inside the house or near doors/windows. Drug use must comply with all applicable laws; no parties or heavy drinking.
