Just respect the space, and keep your space and the common areas clean. No smoking, drugs, or overnight guests. Please be fully verified by Homestay prior to booking with me. I do not accept email verifications. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room. Payment must be received into my account 48 hr after the booking has been confirmed. Balance paid in cash upon arrival Cancellation Policy: Please give us a 7 days notice of any cancellation. After 7 days, deposit will not be refunded.
