The room is furnished with a desk, guidebooks, outlet converters, luggage scale, hair dryer, air conditioner (not during winter), luggage rack, closet, hangers, TV (with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu), iron and ironing board. Located minutes from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Zoo and Botanical Gardens and a block from the B & Q express trains, both of which will bring you into Lower Manhattan/SOHO in 20min. While exploring this vibrant, yet peaceful neighborhood, enjoy many great restaurants and cuisines, bars, gyms, tennis courts, beautiful Victorian homes, the historic Kings Theater and Barclays. Guests have access to all common areas; the living room, kitchen (light cooking only, I have food allergies) and bathroom. In the kitchen, you’ll find coffee, espresso and assorted teas, as well as, orange juice and beer from a local Brooklyn brewery. All private bedrooms (outside of your own of course), as well as the hall closet, are off limits. The express B and Q trains are conveniently located one block east from home. Both will bring you to the Barclays Center in 5-7min, into Manhattan in less than 20 min or to Brighton beach and Coney Island in under 30. Please note: This room is up a second story walk up.
