Double Room ( #1 Luxurious bedroom with Queen bed that sleeps two) with Private bathroom This large bedroom has a queen bed that can sleep two and is exclusively for the person that stays in it. Its located on the second Floor in a house where the Host is located on the bottom floor and shares the house with all guests. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 2800.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (#2 Beautiful bedroom with Queen bed that sleeps two) with Private bathroom This large bedroom has a queen bed that can sleep two and is exclusively for the person that stays in it. Its located on the second Floor in a house where the Host is located on the bottom floor and shares the house with all guests. There is a shoe Rack for Guests shoes. Only wear house slippers in home**** *********Please do not rearrange or move around any Furniture ****'***** ******'*If you are a SMOKER you are welcome but there is NO SMOKING and or VAPING allowed in the house The designated SMOKING AREA is 50 meters from the house ouside the gate on side walk in front the property. a $950 Smoking fee will be charged for the if detected in house and you will be asked to leave. ********** ********NO LOITERING/ HANGING OUT infront of STEPS of HOUSE this will allow free entry into home for other guests******** No outside guests are allowed in house that are not on the original reservation. NO PETs allowed. Please don’t sleep with make up on sheets or use wash cloth to remote make up, due to staining. Please ensure to wash off before laying on linen and use paper towel to pat dry. Charges will be charged for damage/ stained to the linens and or wash rags. To avoid additional cleaning fees please remove make up as it applies. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest must maintain common areas the house floors are newly installed. This is a awesome and clean home please treat as you would your own home. Please turn off lights and electronics when not in use. ******Please ensure that you do not loose the door key, any lost key will be a $300 fee to change lock to include install.******* ***NO PARTIES, PHOTO SHOOTS OF ANY KIND***** any guest that hold parties will be asked to leave and will be charged a $500.00 fee per hour for the hours the event took place. No additional guests, only the guests that rented the room Any violators will be asked to leave with not refund.
