We are looking for person who do not smoke at all or drinking alcohol..if happen we will discontinue stay must check out with out refund..our home cannot smoke or drinking we are none smoker or drinker or any kind of Drug use..we had experience with person who damage room smell with smoke and drug use in the past...this is reason to strict in this area..we need trust person that want to live as family with us. We welcome all Nations men and women....short or long term person who are quite and respect others and Non Smoker person ... we are close to Bloomfield College that you can walk to school. My husband have skill to train you how to learn English quicker by spending time around kitchen table and learn American culture in the same time. We will help you to know area..when you arrive to feel comfortable as second home.. If you need to go to New York City....30- 40 minutes as no traffic by Bus or by Train....and walk from our home just a few minutes. We have guest who traveling daily to NY or Newark use Train...we have Dr.s and Professor stay with us in the past...and they are enjoy stay with us. Our Home 2 family house,we have rooms available that you need to stay short or long time in The north of USA close to NY City. Near to all Transportation to City and Bus and Train Station close that you can walk By Bloomfield College....that you can go learn English as second languest and walk to College just 5 minutes..we are close to Montclair University and Mountainside Hospital.We looking for International Professors,Dr. and Business or Vacation time ..who are quite manner...NO SMOKE on our Property and Not smoke at all... Long Term Stay one month deposit, we have one cat in the house with us. We looking for Long Term Students, Nurse, Dr. School or Master Degree in University we closer to many University in area include NY City and Newark Airport. You can walk to shopping area Restaurants, Dinner, Chinese take out and Store like CVS, Quick check and more. Use of Kitchen: We welcome to share with host work with time of use when is free or let Host Know how you like to do cooking. Only Light food cooking meals. Parking in front of the house...on public street only. We provide set of Bedroom.....if long term stay prefer bring your own. We Provide Free WiFi For Long term stay and use Laundry more than one time a week at home cost 10$ of each wash.No Blanket or heavy clothes or Jacket wash at home...only small item and one Free load a week. Single Room (Room # 3) with Shared bathroom This room for single person..quite none smoker..fist floor easy to exit to Kitchen and bathroom..and entrance.Free WIFI. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room # 1) with Shared bathroom This room for one person who love quite place and closer to bathroom...sun light morning...cool air from outside..great to study and rest. This room is on second floor. Share bathroom with host only. Free WiFi Capacity: 1 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1090.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Extra room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 370.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Fee for check in for service charge 150 $ Cash only for each person...this fee is for secure of damage and unclean room when guest check out with out clean room after you check out complete we will check if we can refund back to you 100$ No refund 50$ is for Check in Fee. All Bed sets clean them and put back as you check in with Clean Room and Bed sets all clean when check out. After guest check in complete stay emergency leaving early of time that set up...No Refund of leaving early. For guest to desire to stay longer of time check in need to pay as the price of each night and need to give Notice at lease 30 days before check out. If you desire to stay longer time much pay one month deposit to cover last month of plan that you plan to stay. During stay Keep Room clean once a week. Long term stay we No longer provide Personal use towels,Bed set . Kitchen Rule.. Due with Covid ..we recommend that guest do not use Kitchen for cooking..but we have Fridge to put your personal meal storage and have Microwave.toast..coffee maker..personal dishes for guests to use. We are closer to Diner..Quick Check.many restaurant around..delivery to our home any kinds of food and walking distance to Supermarket.If you need to cook Light food or warm your food ..we can work with you to use as you need simple meal not heavy cooking as share Kitchen with Host. Laundry ......one Free Load each week once a week only if you need more we recommend to go to laundry near by....No Blankets or Coat wash in the Machine...we are close to laundry mach to wash big items. When you use bathroom , Kitchen please keep them clean after you use them. When you check out...room must be clean as you move in. All Price No Meal Provide,We have Coffee Maker for use and Fridge to keep your food as space Host provide. All Home stay guest Must clean garbage from your room include bottles of water soft drink direct to garbage Can outside the house...as stay long term need to follow all Rule.. During stay please no guest that visit in the house only person register as pay to allow. No Children...our home no space for children. No Pet check in. No Drinking Alcohol in The house or Party. Only when host Celebration together.But No Alcohol. We love to have you if you feel this is your Second home...you will feel save to stay with us because No Smoking smell...Welcome to our home feel like your second Home.
