I am living in a 1500 square foot home and it has 2 bathrooms , washer and dryer I am looking for short term rental tenant or someone who is traveling to the area for work ( example: traveling nurse, professionals and even someone finishing their degree) The location is centrally located in a safe and easy place for people who are interested in exploring the area. I have 2 dogs so I do prefer dog friendly person. Room(s): 1. Double Room (1 furnished room ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: I am looking for someone who is clean and neat.
