Smart TV, space heater, luggage rack, bed laptop desk, clothes storage, and mug are provided. One-car only parking spot is provided. Washer and dryer are available for use at a small cost to the guests. No marijuana/drugs/tobacco consumption is allowed. Sorry no pets. NO SHOES allowed in the house, please. NO COOKING is allowed. You can use microwave for simple meals. No parties or blasting music allowed. Feel free to use microwave to heat up food. OK to use the kitchen sink to wash items. Snacks, soda, instant cup noodles are available for purchase on-site (closes at 12 midnight). No eating inside the guest room. Place all food waste in the kitchen trash bin, don't leave in the room trash can, please. I recycle, if you have aluminum, clean papers, plastic you can pass them to me to recycle.
