We provide homestay and guardianship for foreign student in Singapore. My landed house is located in East Coast area, close to the beach and it is about a 15 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. Apart from that, there is a 2 min walk to the bus station that goes to the MRT Station and to the shopping mall. The bedroom is air-conditioned as well as free wifi. We can provide meals, housekeeping and laundry services too. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. To live in peace & quiet with other occupants and landlord 2. No abuse usage of electricity and water usage 3. No walking in the house with street-going footware on. 4. No smoking and alcoholic drinking in the room. 5.
