We love hosting and making new friends from oversea and our family love to welcome you into our home. I have 3 bedrooms available for homestay guests with TV ,wifi and Air Conditioning. Each room has their own fridge. Gate access by padlock password.You may book all 3 bedrooms for 3pax . Neo has 5 children but only 2 girls staying with me. Single Room (Master bedroom 3) with Private bathroom The booking is only for 1 guest if additional guest will have to add on $12 per night. Capacity: 1 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1580.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Room 7) with Shared bathroom This is one of the budget room with toilet next to it behind the kitchen area at ground level. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
