My condo home is next to Parkway Parade and the seaside. The bus stops in front of Parkway Parade have the following bus services: 15, 31, 36 (goes to SMU, Suntec, Orchard and Changi Airport), 43, 48 (goes to TMC), 134 (goes to James Cook University), 135, 196, 197, 966. Between 5 mins to 25 mins direct buses to the nearest MRT stations: Eunos (EW-Line), Paya Lebar (Circle-EW MRT Interchange), Dakota (Circle Line), Bugis (Downtown-EW Lines), super convenient! I would like to rent my single room for 1 or 2 persons. The room is immediately available, starting 1 Apr 2020. Single occupancy: SGD1000 per month Twin-sharing occupancy: SGD700 per person per month Minimum 3 months’ rent is necessary under the law. Rent includes aircon for rented bedroom, utilities, 24/7 WiFi and use of washer-dryer. Only light cooking is allowed. We share the cost of maid cleaning (once a week) about SGD30 per person per month. Walking distance to the East Coast Park nearby. Condo facilities include swimming pool, gym and tennis courts.
