I am a Chinese Indonesian-Singaporean with a 10 yrs old daughter staying in Singapore (husband is working in Indonesia). I would like to offer a safe and comfortable homestay for international students (girls only) at my 4 bedroom fully furnished condominium at Toa Payoh Lor 1. Suitable for Female students (secondary school & above) who would like to stay in a warm and family oriented unit. Open for both short term and long term stay. Please note that this is for FEMALE only. Room type available from January 2020 onwards: 1. Shared common room with bathroom just outside the room (share with an Indonesian girl studying at Laselle) 2. Shared junior master with attached bathroom (share with is an Indonesia girl studying Secondary 2) Facilities & services include: 1) Daily housekeeping 2) 2-3 meals 3) Internet Wifi 4) Laundry/Ironing 5) Air-con in all rooms 6) A study area 7) Guardianship services if required Bus Stops behind Condo: 5, 56, 57, 105, 129, 139, 143, 145, 151, 153, 154, 506, 966, 985 Amenities just opposite the condo: Eateries/coffeeshop selling local food, mini market, doctors, traditional medicine shop, 7-11, etc Rules: • Female environment. • No pets/smoking indoors. • Recommended for students who are looking for a comfortable, safe and friendly place to stay. - Free use of kitchen (clean up after use) Payment: - $100 refundable deposit for access card and 100% Cash payment upon check-in for less than 90 days of stay. - For more than 90 days of stay, 1 month refundable deposit and 1 month upfront payment is required to secure the room (payment method to be advised). Single Room (Shared Junior Master Room) with Ensuite bathroom Please note that this is a twin sharing junior master room with attached bathroom. Roommate is an Indonesian student in Secondary School. One bed space is available from Jan 2020.
