We try our best to give you the greatest experience possible! However, the apartment itself is over 150 years old, and its walls have witnessed the passage of countless lives. Sound travels through the walls here; it is what it is. I put my heart and soul into building this place with loved ones, and I can assure you you will not find another place like this in Vila Franca De Xira. It depends on your circumstances described. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Yes. We have coffee and tea. No, if you want clean bedding, let us know and we will give it to you. If you want a cleaning service for your room, let us know and we will arrange it for extra fees. We have laundry machines available to everyone. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
