We do not offer just a lease; we provide a curated environment for professionals, expats, and students who appreciate harmony in a high-standard setting. Located at the intersection of Benfica and Damaia, our infrastructure offers the perfect balance between central connectivity and the tranquility of a private space. The Experience & Infrastructure: Resonance Modules: Choose from our 5 unique modules (Bridge, Twin, Cipher, Teleport, or the exclusive Pod Drift). Each is designed to be your home away from home (and yes, I’m a bit of a sci-fi fancier!). Entertainment Portal: Every room is equipped with high-definition streaming capabilities, ensuring your downtime is as high-quality as your work time. Climate Control: Advanced AC systems in every module, ensuring your personal environment is always optimized, regardless of the season. Hyper-Connected: Dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire unit. 24/7 Presence: I am the house supervisor, based in an adjacent area. My role is to ensure that cleanliness, organization, and security are maintained at the highest standards, giving you peace of mind 24/7. Administrative Details: Legal Transparency: We provide a formal lease contract (10% fee based on the 1st month's rent). A Portuguese NIF is required. Support: As the owner, I am a low-profile, supportive presence. I am available to ensure your stay is seamless, while always respecting your absolute privacy. Family Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Private Room with Couple Bed, Bunkbed, Closet, for 1 to 4 Guests. It could be just for 1 or for 2 or 3 Guests, or for a Couple or for a Couple with 1 or 2 Childs. Well equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms. Very clean, organized and creative. Near Benfica center Capacity: 4 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Private Room with bunkbed, window, closet, desk and chair, TV in each bed and AC. Its a private room for 1 or 2 Guests that entry together, its not a shared room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 500.00 Monthly 3. Family Room (Room 4) with Shared bathroom This room is a medium large room with a Couple bed and with a Bunkbed. Window with a open view over Benfica, Closet, TV 65", Netflix, Closets, Desk and AC. Could be for just 1 Guest or 2 or 3; for a Couple or for a Couple with 1 or 2 Childs. Capacity: 4 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Very Cozy Room with Balcony with 270º open view over Benfica and Monsanto, Wooden Bunkbed, TV, WiFi, AC, Closet and Chest of Drawers Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 600.00 Monthly 5. Single Room (Room 5) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 500.00 Monthly House Rules: All rooms have a lock. Respecting each other's privacy and space is the rule number 1. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. No pets are allowed inside. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
