Room downtown Chiado

I have a small room with a bunk bed, ideal for one person, the top bunk can also be used for storage if preferred. The apartment is located near Chiado, in a beautiful central area of Lisbon, within walking distance of most places. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, and you’re welcome to use the kitchen, living room, and all appliances. As I travel frequently, the apartment does not have a permanent internet connection. However, there is a modem available for a SIM card, which typically costs around €30 per month for unlimited data, works fine with me, I work online and I stream movies with it. Please note that stays need to be arranged in advance, as I will be most likely out of the country, I'm also working as a digital nomad around the world. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Cozy 1 person room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Since I spend most of the year travelling, the house if yours to use and keep clean. You have responsibility to keep everything in living conditions, power, water, etc is all paid as long as usage is normal. You only need to worry about playing for internet. No parties inside, not that I care, but neighbours don't like noise, it's a historical building with old people living in. The place if fantastic for a digital nomad that wants to spend a few months in the city center, I'm not at home because I'm also a digital nomad around the world. The key deliver needs to be arranged, if I'm outside Portugal I need time to make things happen and have someone deliver the key. I will require interview over video.
