I am a 44 year old professional female and I have 2 sons (aged 14 and 11) 50% of the time. I also have 2 lovely cats - a Ragdoll and domestic Shorthair - both very friendly and who love cuddles. I own a large and sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and offer a large double bedroom with queen bed. The available room is large and cosy with really lovely views of the garden, suburbs and palm trees. The room also gets beautiful sunsets. There is a large wardrobe and drawers for clothes, bedside table with light and optional desk. There is a brand new bathroom for exclusive use but the seperate toilet is shared when my sons are with me. Includes unlimited fibre internet, power laundry washes (for more than 5 night stays), toilet paper etc. Near bus stop and shopping mall with supermarket. 10-15 minutes drive from Auckland CBD.
