Extending beyond Yokodai. Some former housemates have moved to rural communities, creating new hubs linked back to us. In Kamogawa, Chiba, an old farmhouse has become a second home for residents, with projects involving MUJI and universities. In Ishioka, Ibaraki, Masuo Farm grows diverse trees and vegetables, occasionally sending fresh produce to the house. These places form a wider web of community life that enriches what begins in Yokodai. Welcome to our diverse coliving home in Yokohama. The property has over 30 private and semi-private rooms, along with spacious common areas. Residents enjoy a large lounge, shared kitchen, garden, music instruments-friendly spaces. Wi-Fi, laundry, and basic furnishings are included. Our is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Yokodai Station. Shops, supermarkets, and parks are close by, making everyday life convenient. We don't have a designated workspace, but our communal areas are perfect for relaxation and socializing. You can enjoy a friendly atmosphere while working from our shared spaces! While we love pets, we currently don’t allow them in our community. However, we have two adorable chickens that provide fresh eggs, which certainly brings some charm to our shared living environment! A warm, multi-generational and international community. People of all ages and backgrounds, sharing daily life with respect. We typically have a vibrant community of around 35 people living here during your stay. You'll get to meet a diverse group of individuals and share some wonderful experiences together! Yes, you can lock your bedroom door for added privacy and security. Each room is equipped with a key for your convenience. Our community members typically stay for around 3 to 6 months, but we welcome both short-term and long-term residents. It really depends on individual needs and preferences.
