Cosy & private in residential area

1. Room type A room in an apartment I own and fully private. I live near of this place. The maximum number of guests is 2 but I personally recommend this for single guest. Please note that the room is not that big for 2. 2. When I host guests I am down to go eat lunch, dinner and grab drinks when I am free. If you want me to leave you alone and just want to rent out the space during your stay, it would be fine for me. 3. Room facilities Bed, desk, table, 3 chairs, AC, fridge, balcony, kitchen, shower room, closet, shoe box, wifi, microwave, electric kettle, fan, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc. 4. Other services Car transport service 5. Nearby facilities Supermarket, convenience stores, gym, laundry, restaurants, bars, first food chain within 5 min by walk from the room. 6. Access ?The close train stations? Chidoricho station (5 min by walk), Musashinitta station (7 minutes by walk), Shimomaruko station (10 minutes by walk) ?To the downtown? Kamata (10min), Gotanda (20min), Shibuya (30 min), Shinagawa (30min), Yokohama (30min), Shinjuku (40 min) ?To the Haneda airport? 20 ~ 30 min by car or bus 7. About the host I studied abroad in the Atlanta, the United States for a year and studied in Salamanca, Spain for a year when I was a student so speak English and Spanish. I was born and raised in Tokyo so let me know if you want to know where to visit during your stay. I can tell you amazing spots in Tokyo that guidebooks do not introduce! Room(s): 1. The room facilities are a pull-out bed, futon, table, desk, 3 chairs, fridge, kitchen, AC, wifi, microwave, fan etc. Capacity: 1 Rates: 30000 Weekly / 120000 Monthly House Rules: ·You can pay by cash(JPY, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF are acceptable) upon arrival, bank transfer or Paypal. If you pay by bank transfer or PayPal, please note that I will charge you 5% of transaction fee. ·Please do not make much noise especially after 11pm. We will appreciate your consideration of our neighbors. ·Please turn off the light and AC when you are not home. ·Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Please smoke at a balcony. ·Please take out the trash properly. Please follow the Basic Rules for Sorting and Disposal of garbage. ·We will fine you 50,000 yen in case you lose the room key. Thank you for your understanding. ·During your stay, your privacy will be secured 100%. I have a spare key, but I will never get in the room without your permission except for emergency cases.
