1. Room type Fully private. make yourselves like home! 2. When I host guests I am down to go eat lunch, dinner and grab drinks etc with guests when I am free. If you want me to leave you alone and just want to rent out the space during your stay, it would be fine for me too. 3. About the host I studied abroad in the Atlanta, the United States for a year and studied in Salamanca, Spain for a year when I was a student so speak English and Spanish. Twin Room (Private room 1) with Private bathroom The room is very simple and maximum number of guests is 1. The room facilities are a pull-out bed (in the picture), Futon, desk, 2 chairs, Fridge, Kitchen, AC, Free Wifi, Microwave, Fan etc. Capacity: 2 Rates: 28000 Weekly / 104000 Monthly House Rules: ·You can pay by cash upon arrival, bank transfer or Paypal. If you pay by PayPal, there is a 5% handling fee. ·Upon check-in, we will need a copy of your identification for security purposes. We will appreciate your consideration of our neighbors. ·Please turn off the light and AC when you go out. ·Smoking inside the room is prohibited. Please smoke at a balcony. ·Make sure to separate 2 types of trash that are plastic bottles, cans, bins and general trash. 2 trash bins will be prepared to sort out and let us know when bins are full. We will replace the new bins. ·A pocket WIFI will be provided and it is possible to use it outside. However, we will fine you 50,000 yen in case you lose it. We have a spare key, but we will never get in the room without your permission except for emergency cases.
