Our private detached annex is perfect for families with babies looking for a comfortable and safe stay. It features a Japanese-style room and a Western-style room, with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The Japanese-style room can fit multiple mattresses, and when folded, children can play safely. A baby gate and blackout curtain provide extra safety for little ones. ·About the Hosts We are a family of four with two children, aged 2 and 6, and two cats. Our family mainly speaks Japanese, and we are still learning English. Please understand that communication may require the use of translation apps. ·Location & Nearby Attractions The annex is just a 5-minute taxi ride from Kameoka Station. Please note that our location is in the countryside, so access to central Kyoto is not very convenient. Guests should carefully check maps to see if our location fits their travel plans. Access to the popular sightseeing area of Arashiyama is relatively good, so it may be suitable for visiting there. There are no shops within easy walking distance. It is recommended to do any grocery or pharmacy shopping near Kameoka Station before returning to the house. ·Tips for Guests The annex does not have a kitchen, but guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen in the main house if needed. ·About Our Home Our home is a traditional Japanese house that we continue to maintain and repair. You can enjoy the character of the house while staying in comfort. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Detached) with Ensuite bathroom A private annex with Japanese and Western-style rooms. It is 34 ? and has a private toilet and shower room. Capacity: 5 Rates: 60000 Weekly / 200000 Monthly House Rules: 1. Please pay the full amount in cash upon arrival. 2. Basic Principles We welcome you as a member of our family. Let’s respect each other and cooperate to ensure a pleasant stay. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any problems or questions. We especially welcome those who love children and those traveling with children. 3. Notes We have two cats. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain from staying with us. 4. Safety Interaction with Cats: Our cats are important members of our family. Please treat them gently. Quiet at Night: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m. In Case of Emergency: Emergency contact information is posted on the bulletin board near the entrance. 5. Meals Breakfast: Breakfast is not provided. Please feel free to use the shared kitchen. Lunch and Dinner: You are welcome to use the kitchen for self-catering. Shared seasonings are available, but please provide your own food. After use, kindly wash and put away dishes and cooking utensils. Other: Please respect the family’s lifestyle, including meal times. 6. Living Shower: Please use the private shower room provided. Garbage: Please follow the designated rules for separating and disposing of garbage.
