My house is located in Osaka prefecture (Higashiosaka city) and it is a 12 minute walk to the nearest station. It takes about 15 minutes to the center of Osaka (Umeda station) by train, and about 30 minutes to Shinsaibashi(Famous Tourist Attractions)by train. Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe are each an hour or an hour and half away by train, so it is a convenient location for sightseeing. Sometimes family and friends come to visit and have dinner together. It is a fun space with a lively living room! Let's enjoy downtown Osaka and its cuisine! I will drive you to the nearest train station to my house when you check in or check out. *Please let me know the check-in time in advance. Please give us one month's notice if you plan to check in earlier.Check-out time is until 11:00 am. *If you lose the key to your room or front door, I will charge you 15,000 yen to replace the key. Bicycles are available for rent. *Please be sure to lock your bicycle when parked. If your bicycle is stolen or lost, you will be charged 20,000 yen to compensate for the loss. Slippers for indoor use are available. Distinguish between indoors and outdoors. Bare feet or indoor slippers on balconies are prohibited. And it is also prohibited to take off slippers in the outside shoe removal area at the entrance. ?You are responsible for cleaning up your own mess (toilets, sinks, bathrooms, kitchen). If you use the kitchen, please wash what you used and please wipe down the stove and cooktop and pick up trash from the sink thoroughly.After using the showers, please flush the walls and floors with water and remove hair and other dirt before leaving the room. And after leaving the room, please close the door for ventilation. ?Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you go out. Turn off the lights in unused spaces as well. Do not leave lights on. ?Please do not leave your personal belongings in the common areas. I will not be responsible for any items lost in the common areas. ?When using the restrooms, please flush toilet paper down the toilet bowl.Do not flush anything but paper and feces down the toilet.Wash your hands with soap after using the restroom ?Please dispose of garbage in the garbage can. ?If you wish to do laundry, it is available for 300 yen per time.Leave the lid open for ventilation after using the washing machine.Washing machines are available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Therefore, the last laundry time is 21:00. If you want to do laundry but it is not convenient for you, I will do it for you. ?Guests are not allowed to go to each other's rooms. If you need to communicate with other guests, please do so in the living room. ?If you open a window, be sure to use a screen door. To prevent cockroaches and other pests from entering. ?Do not mix other products or water with the permanently installed hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or dish detergent. ?You may enter and exit the house 24 hours a day, but please keep noise to a minimum at night. ?Please report any stains on wallpaper, sheets, or other items immediately. Failure to address them promptly may result in permanent damage. (Additional charges will apply if stains are discovered at checkout without prior notification.) ?Please note that minors (under 20 years old) are not allowed to use this service. ?Violations of the above 14 rules may result in additional charges.We ask for your cooperation to make other guests feel comfortable.
