rooms in St. Paul - Rome

Our house is located near the Basilica of St. Paul, Ostiense district, very close to the center of Rome. We have a modern and cozy apartment, completely renewed about a few years ago; air conditioned bedrooms, TV, bathroom with shower / bath. Bedrooms are 2, with parquet, cabinets, desks, chairs, beds, TV, chandeliers and table lamp. The balcony, during the summer and relaxing A few steps from the house you will find shops, supermarkets, gym, local market and covered parking but you can park outside in the house, quite easily, not being the street so busy. At 300 mt. you will find the subway, Line B, which only 2 stops to Circus Maximus, 3 stops to Colosseum and city center, 6 stops will take you to Termini station. The apartment is 50 mt. from Polyclinic Hospital Child Jesus and near the University Rome 3. I am a kindergarten educator, very interested in pedagogy and psychology, art exibitions, I like also cooking, I love cinema and Spanish literature. I speak English and Spanish, I love to travel with people of different cultures. IN HOME Room(s): 1. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED (you can use a kettle for tea or coffee) - WASHING MACHINEe: 3.50 euros extra for each use. - ENERGY: we will ask you to turn guests off.
