It is required a down payment of 100€ for utilities subject to adjustment according to consumption. Please note that there is a weekly mandatory cleaning of the apartment of 40 euros per week, as mentioned in the rental conditions of the listing. This includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of bed linens and towels.
